Case Update: New York Court Approves Revised Procedural Schedule

Alecto Capital LLC provides an update on the ongoing litigation against Energy Capital Partners (ECP) before the New York Supreme Court.

The revised procedural schedule was mutually agreed upon by both parties and subsequently approved by the Court.

The revised schedule provides additional time for document discovery and witness depositions. Such scheduling adjustments are common in complex commercial litigation and form a normal part of the judicial process. They do not affect the merits of the proceedings.
