Further progress in the proceedings against ECP in New York: Court establishes detailed schedule

Alecto Capital, LLC hereby provides an update on the latest developments in the pending proceedings against Energy Capital Partners (ECP) in New York. The competent court has issued a “Preliminary Conference Order”, which sets out the binding schedule for the upcoming procedural steps.

This order structures in particular the upcoming discovery phase. It defines specific deadlines for the submission of documents, the answering of interrogatories, and for witness testimonies (depositions) until October 2026. In addition, a compliance conference has been scheduled for mid-July 2026 to judicially review the progress of the proceedings.

This determination by the court in New York represents another scheduled and important step in the consistently pursued overall strategy to advance the proceedings efficiently and purposefully.
