Alecto Capital appoints new manager: Hans-Jörg Hegerl takes the helm

Alecto Capital, LLC, as the representative of the security assignees of Deutsche Oel & Gas S.A. (DOGSA), announces that Mr. Hans-Jörg Hegerl has been appointed as the sole manager of the company, effective immediately.

This new appointment became necessary because the previous manager, Mr. Theodor van Stephoudt, is unfortunately no longer able to perform his duties due to a severe accident. The company thanks Mr. van Stephoudt for his outstanding commitment and wishes him a full and speedy recovery.

With Mr. Hegerl, a highly qualified attorney and restructuring expert takes over the leadership. He is admitted to the bar in Germany and has passed the New York (USA) bar exam. He brings decades of experience in corporate restructuring and complex international litigation. Mr. Hegerl will seamlessly continue the ongoing litigation strategy against Energy Capital Partners (ECP) in the New York jurisdiction and vigorously represent the interests of the shareholders.
